Данные, представленные в учебной литературе, требуют пересмотра и уточнения. В настоящее время накопилось большое количество публикаций, которые отражают различные проявления индивидуальной вариабельности ветвей добавочного нерва. В настоящем обзоре суммированы современные данные, которые позволят сформировать более полное представление о функциональной анатомии и морфологической изменчивости добавочного нерва.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The structural and functional organization of the accessory nerve remains a subject of discussion in view of its structural features. The data presented in the educational literature require revision and clarification. Currently, a large number of publications have accumulated reflecting various manifestations of the individual variability of the branches of the accessory nerve.
