Объектом исследования служили препараты головного мозга 64 мужчин и 52 женщин в возрасте от 21 до 60 лет, полученные во время аутопсии, смерть которых не была связана с патологией центральной нервной системы. На базальной поверхности головного мозга удаляли височные доли, ствол мозга и все сосуды. По границам ППВ определяли его площадь и проводили деление на квадранты.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлена индивидуальная анатомическая изменчивость площади поверхности ППВ головного мозга, как в половом аспекте, так и с позиции билатеральной симметрии. Минимальное и максимальное значения площади поверхности ППВ у мужчин справа составило 61.8 и 166.8 мм2, слева – 54.9 и 219.2 мм2; у женщин справа – 75.2 и 172.5 мм2, слева – 50.8 и 180.2 мм2 соответственно. Медиана и стандартное квадратичное отклонение (Ме±σ) площади поверхности ППВ справа и слева у мужчин составили 103.9±30.87 и 96.55±40.70 мм2, у женщин – 113.65±25.52 и 126.55±34.32 мм2 соответственно.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Средние значения площади поверхности ППВ в зависимости от стороны полушария достоверно не отличаются (р&gt;0.05). Имеются достоверные различия данного параметра у представителей разных полов (р&lt;0.05). Выявлена топографо-анатомическая закономерность локализации артериальных стволов: они расположены не по всей поверхности ППВ, а преимущественно в переднем и латеральном его квадрантах. Полученные данные могут быть использованы для изучения анатомии головного мозга человека и при разработке новых оперативных вмешательств в данной области.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study is to identify the anatomical features and quantitative characteristics of the anterior perforated substance (APS), in both sexes, with allowance for bilateral symmetry, and to reveal regularities of topography of central arteries.</p><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The subject of the study was the preparations of the brain of 64 men and 52 women aged from 21 to 60 years, obtained during autopsy, whose death was not associated with the pathology of the central nervous system. The temporal lobes, the brain stem and all the vessels were removed on the basal surface of the brain. On the boundaries of the APS, its area was determined and division into quadrants was performed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Individual anatomical variability of the surface area of APS was established, both in the sexual aspect and from the point of bilateral symmetry. The minimum and maximum values of the surface area of the APS in men to the right were 61.8 and 166.8 mm2, on the left – 54.9 and 219.2 mm2; in women on the right – 75.2 and 172.5 mm2, on the left – 50.8 and 180.2 mm2, respectively. The median and standard quadratic deviation (Me±σ) of the surface area of the APS on the right and left in men were 103.9±30.87 and 96.55 ± 40.70 mm2, in women, 113.65 ± 25.52 and 126.55 ± 34.32 mm2, respectively.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The average surface area of the APS is not significantly different from the side of the hemisphere (p&gt;0.05). There are significant differences in this parameter among different sexes (p&lt;0.05). The topographic and anatomical regularity of localization of arterial trunks is revealed: they are not located on the entire surface of the APS, but mainly in the anterior and lateral quadrants.
