Биологические эффекты триптазы зависят от механизма дегрануляции и имеют важное значение в развитии воспаления, аллергии, формировании защиты организма от инфекционных агентов, ремоделировании архитектоники тканей и реализации главных аспектов морфогенеза. Полифункциональность позволяет триптазе выступать ключевым объектом при исследовании роли тучных клеток в формировании фенотипа физиологических и патологических состояний, а также представлять собой информативный диагностический маркер ряда заболеваний и перспективную мишень для фармакотерапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Tryptase is one of proteases of mast cells’ secretome. Biological effects of tryptase depend on degranulation mechanism and are important in inflammation, allergy, organism protection from infectious agents, of tissues architectonic remodeling and implementation of the main aspects of morphogenesis.
